Iuxta Capital was established in 2009 by its principal, Roy Hamilton.
Iuxta Capital is an investment bank, based in Christchurch, New Zealand. As well as operating the Iuxta Capitall Co-Investment Register, it advises individuals and businesses on raising capital for a wide range of investment activities, particularly in connection with project finance for property development and investment activities but also including mergers and acquisitions, business expansion, property development, and infrastructure.
Roy has over 25 years experience as a consulting engineer and business owner / manager in the development, construction and infrastructure sectors.
